 1.   For the Month Of July, Our Retail client is focused on a new line of High Tech Backpacks that are being sold in the retail stores. (Outlet shops will vary slightly)  To QUALIFY FOR THIS SHOP - YOU MUST present a scenario that requires this type of backpack for an Mountain backpacking trip (In addition- Fitting ROOM evaluation - Trying on products is required).  You MUST be able to portray yourself as a customer who could physically pass as an avid backpacker!

 2. Outlet Locations Shops - Because outlets are more limited in what they have on hand, general scenarios for hiking or camping trips and looking for any related products or apparel will be used.

YOU MUST PRESENT A NEED FOR YOURSELF AND PLEASE NOTE SPORTSWEAR APPAREL IS NOT AVAILABLE IN PLUS SIZES!!!

3. You will need to make a purchase of $40 and return it a few minutes later.  NOTE: This shop takes on average 35 minutes to complete. Shopper must be willing to spend a good quality amount of time with the employee once engaged. 25 minutes MINIMUM inside the store

Your assignment consists of dining in the bar or dining room. Our client is interested in receiving detailed observations regarding their employee’s attentiveness, attitude, timeliness, and sizzle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED ON THESE SHOPS!

• Either you or your Adult guest must be between the ages of 21 and 30. You may only bring one adult guest with you.

• You must email a copy of the ID of the person between 21 and 30 to the scheduler prior to being assigned to verify proof of age.

• You must purchase an alcoholic beverage, an appetizer and an entrée. You may only consume two alcoholic beverages during your visit.

• If the individual between the ages of 21-30 is NOT carded, they will need to reveal themselves to the manager after settling their bill.

• It is imperative that you review the guidelines prior to performing your assignment.

REIMBURSEMENTS:
You will be reimbursed up to $35.00 for your food and beverage purchases and up to $7.00 for tip.
